Sleepless in Baltimore
Now that we have Leo home (yay!), we are suffering from lack of sleep (boo). That’s why I’ve been AWOL for the past week. We seem to be working things out bit by bit, but it has been rough figuring things out. Compromise is the name of the game. Leo gave up sleeping with the light on, and we raised the head of his bed to about a 20 degree angle. We pick him up if he is really upset, and he mostly stays quiet when he is awake but calm and we are sleeping. I think we’re getting somewhere. All this success did require two middle-of-the-night calls to the pediatrician to ask for help getting him to sleep, but I am willing to sacrifice my pride to be a decent mother.
We still can’t get the pictures up onto my computer. I promise to post them when I can.
